1. Eligibility & age restriction

5. Ordering, shipping & returns
- Orders are subject to acceptance and verification of age and eligibility.
- Shipping is only to addresses where such products are legally permitted.
- All sales are final due to the nature of research chemicals. No returns or refunds except in cases of shipping damage (with photographic proof).
6. Intellectual property & site use
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names and descriptions, images, and the Materia Research name and marks — is owned by Materia Research / JOMECH LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
